had a hard time sleeping last night, tried to go to bed at 10. Ended up getting back up around 11:30 and went back to be around 12:40. Pretty sure I feel asleep by 1:30. and had my alarm set for four.

 

jogged 5.0 mph for 0.25 miles ( stopped halfway for about a min.).  walked 1.35 miles 2.75mph. jogged 5mph for 0.25 miles again.

first day. I ran at 3 mph for 2.22 min before stopping, waited for about 2 minutes to catch breath and then jogged at 4mph until i reached 0.25 miles. then walked another 0.25 miles.  jogged another 0.25 miles in the evening ( in two parts again)
